- Why "Oringinal"?
I know the name may seems like a typo, but I did that on purpose cause the word original reminds me a lot about oranges, so I decided to combine the two words, somehow = =a I've been trying Orangenal and Oringenal to have the Orange appear in the word, but it just makes the word too confusing = ="
I just hope I chose Oringinal for the better ^^"
- What is the purpose of "Oringinal"?
I think the purpose is reasonably straight-forward
Basically, this group supports the idea of doing-your-own-thing, as in making something original that you can call you own; doujinshi, abstracts, vectors or wallpapers, as long as you made it from scratch, it's original and if your the kind of person who likes creating original works, join and share your work with us! ^^
- What is considered to be Original in "Oringinal"?
Works that you have thought and made up yourself. So for example, drawing Ichigo from scratch is very different from drawing an original character for Bleach because you are only replicating an existing character, but it is original if you want to base your character/s on a particular anime/manga/etc to get ideas from
Not very good at drawing? Good at writing? Your narrative/poetry/short story are more than welcome if you wish to share your writing with the group!
Or maybe you artistic passion lies within the world of music! Doesn't matter what form of art you exceed at, just be original and creative, Oringinal is here for you! XD
- What do I have to do to join?
Well, like any other group, you have to meet the requirements and make yourself known to the group so we know you exist and want to join
You will also have to submit at least one of your latest original work/s in group guestbook so that you work can be featured in group gallery as well as being officially welcomed to the group.
Well, sure, you can always explain what your username on Minitokyo means, but who wants to see words when people here are to see art? And since this group is all about being original, why not try and start something original out of your own username?
There isn't really a limit to this so just have fun with it and express whatever you username may mean ^^"
